    I don't know if most atheists support abortion (at least, in some cases), but if you enter the website of Prometheus Books (founded by atheist/humanist Paul Kurtz, the same founder of CSICOP) a leading publisher of atheist/skeptical books, you can see at the section "Social Sciences" titles like "A Private Matter : RU-486 and the Abortion Crisis"
